Christmas Prize Draws – Landlord Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to landlords who sign a management agreement with HRG and successfully let their property with us. Only landlords who sign up to lettuce property by 15th December 2025 will qualify for entry.

 

2. Entries

Each qualifying property counts as one entry. Multiple properties managed with HRG will each count as separate entries. Entries are automatically recorded once a signed management agreement is in place.

 

3. The Draw

The prize draw will take place on Christmas Eve, 24 December 2025, once 50 landlords have signed up. The draw will be conducted at random from all valid entries.

 

4. Prizes

1st Prize: One winner One year of free property management with HRG

2nd Prize: An iPhone

3rd Prize: An Apple Watch

No cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable.

 

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on HRG’s website on 24 December 2025 and contacted directly. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, HRG reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

 

6. General

HRG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. HRG reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participation in the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
